Pulled blackened chicken with house BBQ sauce, Cornbread with spicy maple butter, Cajun red beans & Rice, side Garden Salad, and potato chips.

So why NOLA?  New Orleans is one of my favourite places to visit and I have had the pleasure of indulging in the delicious food and learning straight from an amazing New Orleans Chef.
