TURKEY REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
REHEATING YOUR WHOLE TURKEY
Please note that the roasting pan included is new and has never been used.

Pour a litre of water, apple juice or Apple cider In the bottom of the pan. Mix in with any stock already at the bottom of the pan.

Carve the turkey and place the legs and wing (whole) in the bottom of the pan with the liquid.

Scoop out the apple (apple-spice turkey) from the inside and drop it into the pan.

Add a few layers of sliced turkey to cover the liquid.

Cover and bake in a 325 heated oven until it is warmed up (internal temperature of 165F/74C) - check after 20 minutes and then every 10.
REHEATING YOUR TURKEY SLICES (Family Style Dinner)

Pour a litre of water, apple juice or Apple cider (or some combination of any of these) In the bottom of the pan. Mix in with any stock already at the bottom of the pan.

Place the slices in the bottom of the pan with the liquid. (microwaveable for microwave)

Add a few layers of sliced turkey to cover the liquid.

For regular oven, cover and bake in a 325 heated oven until it is warmed up (internal temperature of 165F/74C) - check after 20 minutes and then every 10.

For microwave, cover and cook for 2 minutes then turn over the slices before microwaving again.
