BACCANALLE FOOD HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Overall please note: Food should be heated to an internal temperature of 165F
Roasted Veggies & Candied Yams
- Candied Yams & Roasted Veggies are ideally reheated in the oven at 375F until they have reached the recommended internal temperature of 165F
Macaroni Pie/Mac & Cheese or Mashed Potatoes or Herb-roasted potatoes
- Reheat in the microwave until it has reached the recommended internal temperature of 165F or in an oven-safe baking dish at 350-375F - cover with foil (not in microwave) or an oven-safe lid. Optionally finish in the oven for a crunchy top. This dish can also be reheated in the microwave but heating settings differ-same principle =
Coconut Rice & Peas
- Reheat in the microwave until it has reached the recommended internal temperature of 165F or heat in an oven-safe baking dish - cover with foil or an oven-safe lid (350-375F)
Stuffing
- Reheat in the microwave until it has reached the recommended internal temperature of 165F or in a parchment lined oven-safe baking dish - cover with foil or an oven-safe lid (350-375F)
Callaloo
- Reheat in the microwave until it has reached the recommended internal temperature of 165F or on medium heat in a saucepan on the stove
Patties
- 1-3 patties - heat in 350F oven on a baking tray for 15 minutes (approx)
- 1-3 patties - heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes then heat in 350F oven on a baking tray for 5 minutes (approx)
- bulk patty reheat - place flat on baking tray (line with parchment) then heat in 350F oven on a baking tray for 15-20 minutes (approx)
Gourmet Waffle Reheat I

Preheat oven to 350F

Microwave for 1 minute (time may vary depending on power capacity to reach your desired temperature)

Place waffles directly on oven rack for 5 minutes for a crunchier waffle or on heated Belgian waffle maker (if the size fits!) for 30 seconds or until it reaches desired temperature. Lower oven temperature to keep warm.

Heat in Microwave for 1-2 minutes (per slice)
Pulled Jerk Chicken

Fried Bakes

Heat in Microwave for 1 minute

Pan-seared Salmon

Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C) and place the salmon on a baking sheet with a little water and foil, or use a frying pan over low-medium heat with a bit of oil. Heat for 15-20 minutes in the oven or 1-2 minutes per side in the pan, until heated through
- Heat to an internal temp of at least 158F
Saltfish

Heat in microwave 2 minutes per serving (time may vary depending on power capacity to reach temperature of of 165F) OR heat in sauce pan – simmer for one minute on medium
Jerk Chicken (whole)

Preheat oven to 350F

Heat in microwave 10 minutes

Place in heated oven for at least 15 minutes
- Heat to an internal temperature of at least of 165F
Rice & Peas

Heat in microwave for at least 5 minutes or warm in oven (covered) at 350F

- Heat to an internal temperature of at least of 165F
Lamb (slices)

Your lamb slices are fully cooked (in case you want to enjoy them cold)
Heat lamb to an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C). - Microwave: cook lamb with gravy 1-2 minutes - depends on strength
- Oven: Roast lamb with gravy 10 minutes or so - depends on strength
Turkey (Whole)
**Please note that the roasting pan included is new and has never been used.**

Pour a litre of liquid - water, apple juice or Apple cider In the bottom of the pan. Mix in with any stock already at the bottom of the pan or provided with your order.

Carve the turkey and place the legs and wing (whole) in the bottom of the pan with the liquid.

Scoop out the apple (apple-spice turkey) or jerk seasoning from the inside and drop it into the pan.

Add a few layers of sliced turkey to cover the liquid.

Cover and bake in a 340 heated oven until it is warmed up (internal temperature of 165F/74C) - check after 20 minutes and then every 10.
Turkey (Half)

Pour a half litre of liquid - water, apple juice or Apple cider In the bottom of the pan. Mix in with any stock already at the bottom of the pan or provided with your order.

Carve the turkey and place the legs and wing (whole) in the bottom of a baking or casserole dish with the liquid.

Scoop out the apple (apple-spice turkey) or jerk seasoning from the inside and drop it into the pan.

Turkey Dinner (Individual)
