Refund policy

At Baccanalle we do our best to provide you with excellent food and great customer service.  If you have any concerns about your order for local delivery or shipping, please reach us directly at order@baccanalle.com or 613-859-6297 and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours to address your concerns. 

Missing or incorrect items

  • Should an item that you have ordered be missing or incorrect, we would ask that you advise us as soon as possible.  We apologize for any such error and once confirmed will offer a credit or refund for the item.

Delivery issues

  • We generally work with third parties for delivery and provide best estimates for delivery times however there are sometimes circumstances beyond our control or theirs and in this case we apologize but are unable to provide a refund.  If we are at fault in dispatching or delivering your order through circumstances that are within our control or theirs, we do want to want to work with you to rectify it.  Please contact us if you are concerned about an unreasonable delay in the delivery of your order.

For catering services, special appearances and events, please refer to the terms of your contract and contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding cancellation options.
